Trouble : Can't see another user in ofmeet

I install openfire 3.9.2 and i use openLdap author user .
I try install Jitsi VideoBridge Plugin  plugin ( Openfire and Spark )  , And i try run two user from two pc . When i run ofmeet to video call between users , i see only me , and another user , i can't see them .
I try fix this problem with plugin Jingle Client  and websockets  but it's not working ? . Where is my problem ?
Please help me . This is my thesis .
