We are using Openfire 3.8.1 and are also using the Monitoring Service plugin. We recently upgraded the Monitoring Service plugin to 1.3.1-rc1. After the upgrade we can't see any conversations since the upgrade occured, anything prior to the upgrade shows up. I do see that the conversations are being stored in the DB.
I've seen some other posts from people with similar problems but none of the posted solutions fixed my problem. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks.
