how make "Instant rooms" default in openfire?

I use openfire + jappix

When an anonymous user try to create a room that does not exist, Chat remains locked and the screen says:  "this room is locked from entry until configuration is confirmed"

how to make a room automatically confirmed?

someone please tell me how to solve this issue for openfire + jappix
