[Bug Report] lost history during webchat fastpath IE11

Hi,

The webchat (fastpath) history is lost during the chat with our customers that is using IE11 (11.0.9600.17501).
It looks like the page is renewed without any reasons.

Can you please check this?

We are using openfire 3.9.3,
