Load Custom local in spark

Hi, i'm newbie in spark.

I made  persian translation for sprak client, but sprak can't load this language.

i googled and found this

java not support persian(farsi) fa_IR local.

Is there anyway to load fa_IR local in spark ?

how i can edit LanguagePlugin class for added fa_IR manually to locales ?
