Hi,
I have an issue in accessing the openfire which was installed on a cloud hosting system,
We had recently setup a openfire system on a cloud system.We tried to access and initiate a chat.But unable to do so.
The agent is able to login but unable to intiate the chat.
Attached the error we are getting.
An error saying "Error processing file transfer proxy connection" ,"Only supports SOCKS5 exception" is thrown.
Could you please help us in resolving this issue.
As it is a cloud based system,should we set any extra or specific parameters.And where does this SOCKS5 protocol come into picture.
And is it mandatory that SOCKS5 should surely be usrf?
Any help is surely appeciated.
