Reconnect problem with Jitsi VideoBridge plugin v13 with Openfile v393

Hi,

I am new to openfire and jitsi video bridge... I just installed Openfire version 3.9.3 in a local machine along with Jitsi video bridge, first time without any changes in plugin setting in Openfire... jitmeet client app works fine, as it should ... but just after closing and reconnecting it appears black screen for conference participants... at that time in the console I can see the are some issues as following... can any one help me figure out it.
