Who chat.sendMessage fix this problem ?

the fault of "chat.sendMessage ("Øüï¯vf[][][]");" this method has become obsolete when taking characteres [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] chinese / ascii / Alphanumerics / etc ..
