Fastpath chat usage summary is not being updated

Hello.

 

I'm running Openfire 3.8.1 with the following plugins:

Fastpath Service 4.2.0

Fastpath Webchat 4.0.2

Monitoring Service 1.3.2-beta1

Presense Service 1.5.1

Search 1.5.1

 

 

I've noticed that "Fastpath > Reports > View Chat Usage" screen is not being updated correctly, specifically the last two lines:

 

 

Usage Summary for technicalsupport@workgroup.web12c40.carrierzone.com between 01/20/14 and 01/27/14
Total number of users entering chat queues:626
Number of chat users served by agents:612
Number of users cancelling request11
Number of users never picked up by an agent:3
Average user wait time prior to being served0 seconds
Total length of all customer chat sessions:0 seconds

 

So, as you can see the "Average length of a user chat session" and "Total lenght of all user chat sessions" aren't being updated.  I could swear that it was working at some point, but I can't figure out when.

 

 

Please advise.
