S2S subdomain issue

Hi,

I've read that this issue has been fixed but i cant't seem to understand why it still occurs.

Here is a copy of the error log everytime I try to send a message to another server

2013.11.26 14:34:56 org.jivesoftware.openfire.session.LocalOutgoingServerSession - Error trying to connect to remote server: XXXXXXXX.com(DNS lookup: XXXXXXXX.com:5269)

The problem is that my server is at XXXX.XXXXXXX.com:5269

Can anyone explain this more clearly?
