Able to enter credentials, but doesn't load.

I'm loading spark 2.6.3 on all of my computers, but only on one computer when i double click on the icon, am I able to enter the credentials, but when l click on Login, the screen goes away and nothing else loads. Please help.

I've already uninstalled and removed the folder from the Program files directory. I'm loading against a windows XP computer.
