OpenFire cannot lauch admin

Hi All,

I am trying to test openfire/spark amongst 3 people in my organisation.

I am have installed openfire and spark on my pc and spark on other two pcs. So idea is that my pc will act as a server. when I go to launch openfire I am getting following error log :

can some one point out whats the issue here..FYI I dont haev admin priviledges
