Bug : Clean checkout eclipse build broken

Clean checkout svn source trunk.

Some libraries missing in build/eclipse/classpath like

• jetty-jmx.jar
• mina-integration-jmx.jar

Some plugin sources also broken.

(maybe because of missing jars (licensing issues)).

Please document this somewhere.
